What Promotion Fulfillment Center Is Doing To Support Our Committed Staff and Valued Clients

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, Promotion Fulfillment Center (PFC) remains committed to taking appropriate actions that minimize disruption throughout our operations and address potential risks. All PFC distribution facilities remain operational, with our associates continuing to work safely by following local regulations and government ordinances.  Since March 13, 2020, we have implemented numerous measures to provide a healthy and safe working environment.

THE FOLLOWING MEASURES HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED THROUGHOUT ALL PFC OPERATIONS:

PERSONAL HYGIENE & PPE
We are continuously providing and distributing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hand sanitizer, masks, gloves, and disinfectant products to all employees, and sharing best practices to prevent the spread of illness. We require our team members to wash their hands regularly and avoid touching their mouth, eyes, or nose. To reinforce the washing of hands, we have placed visible signs in all public spaces within our buildings, such as our bathrooms and food preparation spaces. All operations staff have their temperature checked upon entry to the facility.

INCREASED CLEANING
We have increased the frequency of routine cleaning and disinfection of all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace including workstations, countertops, doorknobs, restrooms, and material handling equipment. Additional cleaning steps have been implemented to further support our operations.

STAY-AT-HOME PRECAUTIONS
We are enforcing that if an employee has symptoms of acute respiratory illness, they must stay home and are not permitted to return to work until they are symptom-free for at least 48 hours without the aid of fever-reducing or symptom-altering medicines.

PFC’s commitment to our employees, clients, vendors, and business partners is unwavering and we appreciate your flexibility, understanding, and partnership during these times.
